Welcome to AmitraResume ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the resume-building services we provide. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

AmitraResume provides an online resume-building tool that allows users to create, customize, and download professional resumes in PDF format using a variety of templates.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase on our website.

3. Account & User Content

Any personal or professional information you enter into our resume creation service (such as your name, work history, and education) is used solely to generate your resume document. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Payments

All payments made through our website are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices for templates and services are listed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice. Once a payment is successfully completed, you will receive access to download your resume.

5. Session-Based Downloads

Upon successful payment of the applicable fee (currently ₹24), users are entitled to download up to 3 (three) resumes within the same active browser session. This entitlement is tied to the session in which the payment was made and does not carry over to a new session, a different device, or a later visit to the website. Once the session ends, is closed, or the download limit of 3 is reached, a new payment will be required to continue downloading resumes.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on our no-refund stance after a resume has been downloaded.

7. Intellectual Property

The templates, design elements, website content, and underlying software are the property of AmitraResume and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission. The final resume document generated using your own information belongs to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

AmitraResume is not responsible for any hiring decisions, interview outcomes, or employment results arising from the use of resumes created on our platform. We provide a tool to help you present your information professionally; we do not guarantee job placement.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep our website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime, maintenance, or technical issues.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
