Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AmitraResume, we want you to be satisfied with our resume-building service. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it explains our stance on refunds and cancellations.

1. Nature of Our Service

AmitraResume provides a digital, instantly-deliverable product — a resume generated and downloaded in PDF format based on the information you provide. Because the product is delivered digitally and immediately, and because it is generated using your own custom data, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

2. No Refunds After Download

Once payment is completed and the resume PDF has been downloaded, no refund will be issued. This is because the service has been fully rendered at the point of download, and the resulting document is unique to the information you submitted.

3. Before Download

If a payment is deducted from your account but you were unable to download your resume due to a genuine technical error on our end (for example, a failed payment confirmation or a broken download link), please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at amitraresume@gmail.com with your payment reference ID. We will investigate and, if the issue is verified as being on our end, we will either enable your download or process a refund at our discretion.

4. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway error, or if a payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed on our system, please reach out to us with proof of payment (transaction ID/screenshot). Verified duplicate or failed transactions will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Cancellations

Since our resumes are generated and delivered instantly upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is successfully completed and the download has started.
